The 13th amendement never accept by any of the Tamil reps at the time and it was an expired settelement. We can't even think about to impliment that kind of the settelement at this time. This clearly say that whatever ltte doing is wrong. He doesnt accept out legitimate concern. He might be UNP supporter. This is the way UNP thinks. If we are ready to accpt 13th amendement only, why we should fight now. We would have get more than that from Oslo declaration. So dont be fooled.
